Shopping Questions
How do I add items to my shopping cart?
Once you find an item that you would like to purchase, just click on the "Add to Cart" button. You can then continue shopping as long as you like by clicking on the "Continue Shopping" button, or simply browsing through the website. Your items will be stored in your web page "Shopping Cart" while you continue using our website. If at any time you would like to view the contents of your shopping cart or make any changes, click on the "Shopping Cart" button at the top right side of the page. This button appears on every page of our site.
How do I change the quantity or remove the items in my cart?
From any page, simply click on the "Shopping Cart" button at the top right side of the page. This will allow you to see the contents of your shopping cart. If you wish to change the quantity for any item, enter the new quantity in the box for each item you wish to change, and be sure to click the "Update Cart" button that appears at the bottom of your list of items. The cart will update to reflect the quantities and recalculate the subtotal. You can also remove items from your cart simply by clicking the "Remove" that appears directly below the Quantity for each item. This will remove that item immediately.
How do I get a Coupon Code?
Coupon Codes are sent to our customers periodically via email based on past purchases or special promotions. Coupons may offer a discount on specific products, or they may provide a discount which can be redeemed against any purchase for a limited time. When a coupon code is entered at the Shopping Cart checkout page, be sure to click "Add Coupon". The discount will be applied and displayed in your shopping cart, and the new subtotal will reflect the discount.
To make sure you don’t miss out on valuable discount offers and promotions, sign up for our free quarterly newsletter.
I am getting an error message when I try to apply my
coupon. Why?
Most coupon codes have an expiration date, or require a minimum purchase amount. Some coupon codes can only be redeemed against specific products, or can only be used once. If you enter and apply a coupon code that is not valid, an error message will be displayed that will give you the exact reason that you cannot use the code. For full terms and conditions of use for each specific coupon, please refer to the email you received with details of the coupon offer. If you have trouble with a coupon code on our website, please call us at 1-800-661-5176. We may be able to provide a replacement coupon code.
How do I purchase the items in my shopping cart?
From any page, simply click on the "Shopping Cart" button at the top right side of the page. This will bring up a listing of everything currently in your shopping cart. From here you can change the quantity or delete any items you would no longer like to order. When you are ready to finish your order, simply click on the "Continue Checkout" button at the bottom of the page and you will be led through the online ordering process.
Is online ordering safe?
Shopping on our website is safe! Every credit card purchase is backed by our GeoTrust encrypted secure server technology. (SSL) Our software meets industry standards and is among the best available for secure transactions. All customer information on this server is encrypted so that it cannot be read during transmission over the internet. Click here for more information on site security and our
privacy policy.
When will I receive my order?
We ship most orders the same day you place the order. You should receive your order within 2 -3 business days within the USA. Orders to Canada will take about a week, depending upon customs.
My credit card is being declined. I know this can’t be the
case. Why?
sassy ventures uses the Address Verification System (AVS) and Card Verification Value (CVV) for your safety and security.
This means that we verify your credit card billing address on all web transactions. If the billing address you entered does not match the address where your credit card statements are mailed, the transaction may be declined. This is one way you are being protected from the fraudulent use of your credit card.
The CVV Card Code is an important anti-fraud security feature that appears on most credit cards. For Visa, MasterCard and Discover, the code is a three digit number that appears at the end of the account number on the back of the card. For American Express, the code is a four digit number on the front of the card above the account number. The card code appears only on the physical credit card, verifying that you are in possession of the card. If the CVV code you enter does not match your card, your transaction may also be declined.
If any of your information is inaccurate, even if credit funds are available, please understand that the transaction can be declined by the credit card processor. This is for the protection of your account. If you have entered all of the required information, call your card issuer to see if they have locked your account. You can also try another credit card, or call us for assistance at 1-800-661-5176.

Website Problems
From time to time we have customers who tell us they have been unable to finalize an order. We monitor our site regularly for performance and reliability, but problems do occasionally occur. Here are some tips to ensure the best experience on our website.
Many settings on your computer’s software (including web browsers, virus software, and internet security firewalls) can make it harder for a website to function properly, especially during the checkout process. There are ways you can update your software settings to allow the checkout process to work. The following are some things to check in your computer that may be interfering with the checkout process on our website.
Let us start by explaining some of the things we use that may be "blocked" on your computer, and, therefore, causing problems.

If you disable JavaScript, you can still checkout, but you must be extremely careful that you have filled in all fields marked as "required". If the system does not receive a piece of information it is expecting, it will cause an error. Some common things missed are an incomplete billing or shipping address, missing email address, missing phone number, or incomplete credit card information.
