RETURN POLICIES

All claims must be made to our customer service department within five days of delivery. Sassy Ventures, Inc. may request that the damaged items received be returned to us. Please keep the products and packing for this reason. If the items are not available, Sassy Ventures, Inc. will not be able to issue a refund or reship those damaged items.

Returns are only available in the United States via FedEx. To request a return, contact our Customer Satisfaction Center at customerservice@sassyventures.com within 5 days of receipt. Please have the following information ready when calling: customer name, order number, UPC code(s), and the nature of the problem.

Please note that refunds on perishable products will only be given on case by case basis by our customer service team.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION

We strive to deliver the most cost effective shipping methods to our consumers, without jeopardizing the quality of our products. We offer various shipping options with reputable companies like FedEx, UPS, and USPS to offer you the best options and rates available for shipment. Please note we do not profit in any way from shipping charges.

All orders are made to order to guarantee you are receiving the freshest product. We want to ensure that your perishable items will not be in transit over the weekend during the warmer months. Perishable items are shipped Monday thru Thursday to avoid having perishables in shipping facilities over the weekend without refrigeration. Your package will be held until the following Monday if it cannot be delivered by Friday dependent upon your shipping choice.

Please make sure the delivery address provided is 100% accurate to guarantee prompt delivery. We are unable to ship outside the continental United States due to customs, VAT taxes and brokerage costs at this time. We do not ship to APO, FPO or PO Boxes.

Please be aware of the ambient temperatures when choosing your Shipping Method. Our perishable items should be in transit no more than 2 days during the months of April - September. Shipping rates for Ground, 2-Day Air, and Standard Overnight will be displayed prior to your order confirmation. If you have chosen a shipping method that will not sustain the product, you will be contacted via email.

All of our perishable food products are shipped in insulated foam boxes or thermal shield bags, surrounded by a corrugated cardboard shipping box. Technically advanced synthetic ice blanket is used to maintain constant coldness for perishable products during all shipping seasons. Ice wrap is the lightest weight coolant material available to keep your total extra package weight to a minimum.
